“I cannot express how thankful we are to MOs boots. Our nephew got a hat from this store while working on Habitats for humanity a few years ago. It ended up being his favorite hat and unfortunately while jet skiing he lost it. About a year later my husband and I made a special stop from NJ on our way to Georgia and stayed over in Boone to search for this specific hat. After a few stores we stopped at MO’s. Lo and behold they had that hat but not in the right color, so we bought 2 of the same hats in other colors. They said they would take our name and number and if the color we needed ever came back in stock they would reach out. Ten months later I was shocked when I heard the voicemail! The hat just arrived at our home in NJ and I am so excited to be able to give it to him for his graduation. What exceptional customer service and going the extra mile for your customers!
